We  ensure that our school is driven by a culture of continuous review and quality improvement in which we learn from experience; sharing good practice and success. We work with our pupils, staff, parents/guardians, governors, the public, the County Council and OFSTED.

We  aim to offer parents more choice and a greater say in their child’s learning and we seek to engage them, individually and jointly in designing and improving our service. We keep parents informed and encourage meaningful and open conversations about their child’s progress and attainment. We want parents to help to design our services and be involved in all aspects of school life, knowing that their opinions count, are valued and welcomed.

We continually seek to improve our efficiency, productivity and performance in order to provide the best value for money. We are committed to the sustainable use of resources and will aim to reduce our energy consumption and other natural resources and  minimise production of waste .
